Terms and Conditions about Facebook/Instagram Father's day Contest

Malayan Honey (“MH”) is organising a Father's day contest from 9th June 2020-19th June 2020. Contest ends on 20th June 2020 23:59 and results will be announced on 21st June 2020 12:00. By submitting qualifying receipts entry for the draw, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the Terms & Conditions for the Contest set out below.
HOW TO ENTER: A Qualifying Entry must fulfill the following conditions:
a. Participant MUST like or follow Malayan Honey SG Facebook or Instagram Page 
b.  Participant MUST name 1 thing they love about their dad 
c. Each Facebook comment or Instagram comment is considered as one entry. 
d. Participant get double chance when they tag three friends in the comments or when they make a valid purchase in the Malayan Honey store (malayanhoney.com). 
 
Malayan Honey reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may disqualify any Participant or Entry on the grounds of inaccurate account information, fake or multiple Facebook accounts.
PRIZE(S): The Prize including naming of a beehive with their Dad's name limited to 20 characters and a complimentary bottle of 200ml Stingless Bee Honey valued at forty-five dollars ($45). A beehive located in Asiatic Bee Farm premised will be carved with the name given by the Winner.  One (1) winner will be selected from either the facebook comments or Instagram comments and announced on 20th June 2020 12pm. The prize is non-transferrable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  Malayan Honey reserves the rights to replace the prize with a similar value. 
WINNER(S) SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winning entries shall be selected by Malayan Honey at random, from a pool of qualified participants. Winner have to be based in Singapore. The determination of any and all winning entries shall be at Malayan Honey’s sole and absolute discretion. Malayan Honey is not obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person concerning the Contest. Winner(s) will be announced on Malayan Honey Facebook page and Malayan Honey Instagram page on the day of the draw. Should the winner not confirm receipt of the notification or provide the required contact information within five working days, the prize shall be deemed to have been forfeited and Malayan Honey may select another winner.
PRIZE REDEMPTION: The Winner shall provide Malayan Honey with basic details include name to be included on the beehive, contact number, and mailing address within five working days on notification to facilitate dispatch of the Prize. If the winner is found to be ineligible for the contest, Malayan Honey may forfeit or reclaim the Prize after awarding it. Any Prize which is not won shall be forfeited without further notice. Please note the ownership of the beehive will still belong to Asiatic Bee Farm. 
PERSONAL DATA: By entering the Contest, you consent to your entry, name and personal particulars being used by Malayan Honey for matters in connection with this Contest; and agree to provide photographs and interviews if required for all promotional and marketing purposes.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: Malayan Honey is entitled to terminate or modify the Contest or these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the closing date by publishing any such modifications or termination.
The Participants are fully responsible for their postings and comments, and such postings and comments do not represent the sentiments, views and/or opinions of  Malayan Honey.  Malayan Honey has the sole discretion and reserves its right to remove any postings and/or comments at any time and in any manner it deems fit.
By entering into this Contest, each Participant agrees that  Malayan Honey and/or its related corporations shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claims or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participating in this Contest and/or in relation to the Prize.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and by participating in the Contest, you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
